"Slivnica Holiday" apartments are 3 comfortable and modern apartments equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

 

Apartments are equipped with:

• two double bed, one extractable large bed and one couch (100m2 apartment - Blue),

• one double bed and one extractable bed (50m2 apartment - Red),

• one double bed and one extractable couch (45m2 apartment - White)

• air conditioner,

• Wi-Fi 

• bathroom with shower and a hair dryer,

• kitchen with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster,

• two baby chairs (free on request),

• TV,

• balcony with table and chairs,

• Iron and iron board (free on request).

 

Guests are encouraged to use our swimming pool and specially decorated private tavern where everything for an unforgettable vacation is provided (grill, baking bell, etc.).

PRICE LIST

  1. APARTMENT 1 / BLUE APARTMENT - 140 EUR​​​

  2. APARTMENT 2 / RED APARTMENT - 120 EUR

  3.APARTMENT 3 / WHITE APARTMENT - 100 EUR

The prices are announced in Euro per apartment per day.

 

Inquires and accommodation reservations are prefered in writing via e-mail in English but if you prefer you can use the phone too.

 

Once, when the arrangement is agreed, the guest will be provided with appropriate bank account details to make deposit payment, usually 30 % of total amount in advance. After we receive your deposit we will send you notice of receipt of the paid deposit and the confirmation of your booking.

 

The arrangement price includes:

• daily rent of apartment

• costs of electricity, water, linen and towels

• parking place for each apartment

• sojourn tax

 

Less than 4 nights are not allowed.

The linen and towels are changed every 7 nights.

There is a possibility of using the washing machine in terms when it is not needed for the apartment's maintenance. The price is 10 € per washing.

 

Valid travel documents are required for every guest. The documents will be returned to the guest after check in and fully cleared payment.

 

Residence in the apartment begins at 15:00 hours on the first day, and ends at 10:00 hours on the last day. During their residence, the guests are expected to keep their apartment clean and tidy.

Gäste sind willkommen unsere Schwimmbecken und liebevoll dekorierte selbstgebaute  und private Grillecke zu benützen um einen unvergesslichen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Die Preise sind in Euro und beziehen sich auf die Vermietung eines einzelnen Appartements pro Tag (Übernachtung). Alle Gebühren sind inbegriffen.

 

Weniger als 4 Nächte sind nicht erlaubt.

 

Übernahme des Appartements nach 15 Uhr am Tag der Anreise, Abmeldung bis 10 Uhr am Tag der Abreise.
