Rules and regulations

 

We would like to acquaint you with house rules so that your stay in our home will be pleasant, while for all other additional information please speak to your host.

 

1. Accommodation is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure.

2. Guests themselves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the apartments/rooms and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof.

3. Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and surrounding area, and in the case of an accident they shall bear the consequences themselves.

4. Lock the doors to the apartments/rooms from the inside and when going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, close sunshades, switch of the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, stove...) and turn off the taps.

5. In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the owner of the facility has the right to enter the apartment/room to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to notify the guest about the entry into the apartment/room at the first subsequent contact.

6. Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing other guests is prohibited, and it is expressly forbidden to make loud noises in the time from 14h till 16h and from 23h till 7h.

7. The contents of the apartments/rooms may only be used by persons who are registered as guests, permit possible visits at certain times.

8. Bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted.

9. Use of equipment and appliances which are not an integral part of the offer of the apartments/rooms may be used only upon the consent of the host.

10. Bringing in of animals is not permitted.

11. In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartments/rooms the guest is obliged to notify the host. Insofar as the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.

12. It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment (towels, covers, etc.) from the apartments/rooms.

13. Guests have the right to freely use the pool. Before entering the pool, guests are required to use the shower by the pool. They are not allowed to jump into the pool or to splash outside the pool. The pool is available from 09 to 23 h. Guests use the pool at their own risk and in case of injury they disclaim the right to any kind of claims towards the owner. Guests are not allowed to use the pool during cleaning and regular maintenance activities.

14. In the event of disregard of the house rules, the host has the right to refuse further providing of services.

15. Handover your identity card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival for registration at the Tourist office.

 

You may offer your comments, suggestions and compliments to your host who is at your disposal during working hours from 0 to 24 hr

Hausordnung

 

Wir möchten Sie mit der Hausordnung bekannt machen, damit sich Ihr Aufenthalt in unserem Haus für Sie so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Für alle weiteren Informationen wenden sich bitte an den Hauswirt.

 

1. Die Unterkunft steht am Anreisetag ab 15.00 Uhr und am Abreisetag bis 10.00 Uhr zur Verfügung.

2. Die Gäste sind verpflichtet, selber Sorge zu tragen für Ihre Sachen und Wertgegenstände, die sie im Apartment/Zimmer lassen. Für das eventuelle Verschwinden derselben übernimmt der Eigentümer des Unterkunftsobjektes keine Haftung.

3. Die Gäste sind verantwortlich für ihr Verhalten im Haus und in seiner Umgebung. Im Falle eines Unfalls tragen sie selbst die Folgen.

4. Schließen Sie die Eingangstür des Apartments/Zimmers ab, wenn Sie drinnen sind. Wenn Sie hinausgehen, schließen Sie unbedingt Fenster und Türen, machen Sie den Sonnenschirm zu, schalten Sie das Licht und alle elektrischen Apparate aus (TV, Klimaanlage, Herd...) und drehen Sie den Wasserhahn zu.

5. Der Objekteigentümer hat das Recht, in Abwesenheit des Gastes unter besonderen Umständen das Apartment/Zimmer zu betreten, um das Entstehen eines möglichen Schadens oder einer Gefahr zu verhindert. Der Eigentümer ist verpflichtet den Gast beim nächstfolgenden Kontakt darüber zu informieren.

6. Es ist verboten, Ausrüstung und Mobiliar zu zerstören, Chaos zu verursachen und andere Gäste zu stören. Besonders verboten ist es, in der Zeit von 14-16 Uhr und von 23-7 Uhr Lärm zu machen.

7. Inhalte der Apartments /Zimmer können nur von Personen genutzt werden, die als Gäste ordentlich angemeldet sind. Der Hauswirkt kann auf Ersuchen des Gastes eventuelle Besuche zu einer bestimmten Zeit genehmigen.

8. Es ist nicht erlaubt, Waffen, Sprengstoff und leichtbrennbares Material mitzubringen.

9. Die Nutzung der Ausrüstung und Einrichtung, die nicht Bestandteil des Apartment-/Zimmerangebots sind, ist nur mit Einwilligung des Hauswirts erlaubt.

10. Das Mitbringen von Tieren ist nicht erlaubt.

11. Sollte es zum Verschwinden oder zur Beschädigung von Installationen, Mobiliar, Einrichtung und Ausrüstung des Apartments/Zimmers kommen, ist der Gast verpflichtet, den Hauswirt da über zu informieren. Sofern es durch die Schuld des Gastes zum Verschwinden oder zur Beschädigung gekommen ist, ist der Gast verpflichtet, den Schaden durch einen entsprechenden Gegenwert zu ersetzen.

12. Es ist verboten, Einrichtung und Ausrüstung (Handtücher, Decken usw.) aus dem Apartment/Zimmer hinauszutragen.

13. Die Gäste können ungestört den Pool benutzen. Vor der Benutzung des Pools muss man sich duschen. Die Dusche befindet sich neben dem Pool. In den Pool darf man nicht hineinspringen und das Wasser darf nicht aus dem Pool herausgespritzt werden. Den Pool darf man von 9 Uhr morgens bis 23 Uhr abends benutzen. Im Falle einer Verletzung tragen die Gäste die volle Verantwortung und verzichten auf jede Schmertzforderung von der Seite des Mieters. Der Pool kann in der Zeit der Reinigung und Regelmäßigen Sauberhaltung und Pflege nicht benutzt werden.

14. Sollte sich der Gast nicht an die Hausordnung halten, hat der Hauswirt des Rechts, dem Gast weitere Dienstleistungen zu kündigen.

15. Übergeben Sie dem Hauswirt Ihren Personalausweis oder Reisepass sofort bei Ihrer Ankunft zwecks Anmeldung in der Tourismusagentur.

 

Ihre Bemerkungen, Wünsche und Belobigungen können Sie an den Hauswirt richten, der Ihnen während der Arbeitszeit von 0 bis 24 Uhr zu Verfügung steht.

Kućna pravila

 

Želimo Vas upoznati s kućnim redom kako bi vam boravak u našoj kući bio ugodan, a za sve dodatne obavijesti obratite se domaćinu.

 

1. Smještaj je na raspolaganju od 15.00 sati na dan dolaska do 10.00 sati na dan odlaska.

2. Gosti su dužni sami brinuti za svoje stvari i dragocjenosti ostavljene u apartmanima/sobama i vlasnik ne odgovara za eventualni nestanak istih.

3. Gosti su odgovorni za svoje ponašanje u kući i njezinoj okolici, a u slučaju nezgode sami snose posljedice.

4. Ulazna vrata apartmana/sobe zaključavajte kada ste unutra, a kada izlazite vani obavezno zaključavajte vrata i prozore, zatvorite suncobrane, isključite rasvjetu i sve električne uređaje (TV, klima uređaj, štednjak....) i zatvorite vodu.

5. Vlasnik objekta ima pravo u odsutnosti gosta, u osobitim okolnostima, ulaziti u apartman/sobu radi sprječavanja nastanka moguće štete ili opasnosti. O svom ulasku u apartmane /sobe vlasnik je dužan izvijestiti gosta u prvom slijedećem kontaktu.

6. Zabranjeno je uništavanje opreme i namještaja, izazivanje nereda i ometanje drugih gostiju, a osobito se zabranjuje stvaranje buke u vremenu od 14.00 do 16.00 sati i od 23.00 do 7.00 sati.

7. Sadržaje apartmana/sobe mogu koristiti samo osobe koje su uredno prijavljeni kao gosti, a domaćin na traženje gosta može odobriti eventualne posjete u određenom vremenu.

8. Nije dozvoljeno unošenje oružja, eksplozivnih i lako zapaljivih materijala.

9. Korištenje opreme i uređaja koji nisu sastavni dio apartmana /sobe, dozvoljeno je samo uz suglasnost domaćina.

10. Uvođenje životinja nije dozvoljeno.

11. Ukoliko dođe do nestanka ili oštećenja instalacija, namještaja, uređaja, opreme apartmana /sobe, gost je dužan nadoknaditi odgovarajuću protuvrijednost.

12. Iz apartmana/soba zabranjeno je iznošenje uređaja i opreme (ručnici, pokrivači i drugo).

13. Gosti imaju pravo nesmetano koristiti bazen. Prije korištenja bazena potrebno je istuširati se na tušu koji se nalazi do bazena. Nije dozvoljeno skakanje u bazen i prskanje vode van bazena. Bazen je dozvoljeno koristiti od 09 do 23 sati. Gosti koriste bazen na vlastitu odgovornost te se u slučaju ozljede odriču bilo koje vrste potraživanja prema iznajmljivaču. Nije dozvoljeno korištenje bazena tijekom čišćenja i redovnog održavanja bazena.

14. U slučaju nepridržavanja kućnog reda, domaćin ima pravo otkazati gostu daljnje pružanje usluga.

15. Vašu osobnu kartu ili putovnicu predajte domaćinu odmah po dolasku, radi prijave Turističkom uredu.

Svoje primjedbe, želje i pohvale možete priopćiti domaćinu koji Vam stoji na raspolaganju u radnom vremenu od 0 do 24 sata.
